The only issue I can think of with the vacuum type pump is they can foul up/degrade but then they just don’t work so over pressure is not a thing.

Your model should use the same coils as mine which just so happen to be the suzuki ones fitted to the gs500 1989-2008 & the sv650 1999-2002.

Now the sensors regardless of what they do work pretty much on resistance so this controls the the injection time, next is the compression test if that’s OK then a valve check would be next.
They use the same air filter for the 125 250 650 the standard is more than capable of dealing with anything, no benefit from a k&n.

Hi there enjoy the ride
There’s a switch on the clutch lever it could well be that.
That low mileage would indicate to me that it’s had fuel sitting in it for prolonged periods so the carbs are going to be gummed up & in need of cleaning.
It’s got to be a connection issue somewhere along that pick up line.
Hi there.
Check the main fuse first

Jun 29, 2023 at 7:13 PM in reply to: Is it possible to convert GV250 carb model (2007) to run an electric fuel pump? #10617The electric pump would be to powerful for carbs it’s designed to run injectors.
Keep them calipers clean lesson learned, I’m going to take a few pictures next time I do it & will post the how to guide.
I have a gt250 fi personally I’d prefer a carb one as they are easier to set up & tune, the fi your pretty much stuck to what it does.
This might seem really stupid but have the interlocks on the clutch and side stand been checked.
I can’t see why not but it would involve checking the wiring, the fuel gauge etc should work fine the rev counter just works on an impulse fron the front coil & the speedometer is a electrical fitment.
Sounds like you need to have a good clean up & check of the caliper most likely stuck pistons & the carriage is probably stuck as well.
Check the power on the battery, the fuel injection is very sensitive to voltage if its really down then the problem could be charging issues.
