the 520 kit does actually work it changes your gear shifting altogether 5th is more like a 6th gear i have had 70mph out of my aquila gv125 2008 reg and im around 18.5 stone. of course i in my last review did not think much of the kit but i was in the wrong ( FOR THAT IM TRULY SORRY) MY CARBS WERE AT FAULT standard main jets are supposed to be both 87.5 ............................MINE WERE 82.5 BOTH standard pilot jets are supposed to be both 15................................MINE WERE 17.5 BOTH so after doing the upgrade mentioned on here main jets front 90 and rear 92.5 MAIN JETS and PILOT JETS 15 and 2 1/2 turns out with the mixture screws PLUS balancing the carbs . fitting irridium plugs fitting upgraded ngk plug caps found on here my bike has gone from doing 55-60 at a push slowly.............TO A VERY FAST PICK UP AND 70MPH AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY ITS FAST ENOUGH.... LASTS WORD GOES OUT TO MARCEL FOREST HE IS TRULY A GOOD GUY .

Highly recommend to install this kit. The clutch reaction is much better, lever is more stiff, clutch action is more punchy. Super nice feeling when you change the gears. I have the impression that the bike is less jerky on 1st / 2nd gear when you ride with small speeds. I love the kit and I'd do that again without any hesitation

Life changing part of you are looking to change coils. I’ve put my new coils through a lot during the problematic idle and power problems. Works so well with the regulator you can purchase here. A total must have.

Bought these EGR blanking plates the other week and they look spot on, were delivered quick too. I'll upload a picture once I've rebuilt the engine. Cheers

After reading the reviews and speaking to Marcel I decided on getting this kit and I'm glad I did. Great quality parts and I have noticed a change in performance. I can now get 90mph out of it, which is crazy for a 125 cruser! It will comfortably ride at 70 all day and acceleration has improved to for safely getting away from idiot drivers haha! Would highly recommend

Bought for 2016 GT. Straight forward swap out. Bike feels better geared in all gears. No massive top end gains but worth it for the increased rideability!!

Item arrived quickly, with everything needed. I was sent a 13 tooth front sprocket. Have had it installed for a few days and can say while I have not seen the full speed increase (my daily commute to work is along a road with many declines and inclines) I can say that my commute is a bit quicker with this installed and I have seen higher average speeds overall. Also taking off from a stop feels better with the kit installed too. Have seen about a 3 to 5mph (speedo) increase in the gears 1-4. First time installing something like this I had all the tools needed (torque wrench, impact gun, socket set and hammer) had it done within 2 hours having read the instructions the day before so it was a straight forward and logical install (mostly need instructions for the torque specs). Only thing I had help with was holding the rear brake while torquing the front sprocket nut. Only complaint about the kit on my bike with this is that the chain adjustment needed to be set close to the maximum adjustment to remove excess slack in chain. If I have the bike when it comes time to replace the sprockets I will be purchasing this kit again.

If you are debating whether or not to get the 520 upgrade then the short answer is YES...get it. If you want to know why you should, continue reading...... I was unsure if the expense would be worth the investment, after all the GV125S in it's self is a decent cruiser and with the stock sprockets I could achieve 67 mph if the weather was on my side. I found it slow getting there all the same and at top end the bike would be hurting.....you could hear that she didn't like being redlined. I contacted Hyo Riders and Marcel was so helpful in arranging the upgrade I needed. Once fitted I noticed I was up to speed much, much faster than previous and the gearing and revs seem more in tune. I find that 4th can be a cruising gear....enough pull to get you along and when needed take you to 60 mph , I only really use 5th for when I'm on open carriageways. I have achieved a top end speed with this conversion of 75 MPH and considering I am 12 1/2 stone , the bike has panniers and a topbox and I am fully kitted when riding, I think that is impressive from a upgrade. At this stage I'm sure I have covered most of what is needed to know.....and in fairness , the promises made as to what this 520 upgrade would deliver have been spot on. Great upgrade and would definitely recommend these! Such a change bike is so much more responsive And very quick on cold starting.

Bought to replace my 428 set. Big improvement in gearing and it's lots smoother now! Bigger sprockets, chunkier chain = better looks. Really happy with the purchase, thanks Marcel!

Definitely worth it, Bike now drives much smoother, gearing is way better. I would highly recommend to switch to this kit

Bought and Installed on RC 2018. Excellent strength, the full kit that is provided is excellent value for money and much better than other providers. Sprocket especially is a great upgrade. Visually it looks great, I will aim to get some photos added to show final product.

Fitted theses and start alot easier then stock ones even at 1c outside and notice it feels more responsive

Just fitted the new coils to the gt 125 rc had the bike from new 2016 never been a good starter but what a difference starts first time no choke now thats money well spent tanks marcel

When upsetting my GV125 this kit proved absolutely invaluable. Had I not purchased this we would still be struggling with rusty bolts and perished rubber seals. Thanks Marcel.

After installing this kit, my 300 can really cruise through every gear without screaming through the ram's. This bike is immensely more enjoyable to ride now and I often leave my iron 883 at home to take the aquila out for a ride. If you only do one thing to your Aquila 300, install this kit. I promise you won't regret it. Great parts, great service. E.

So got this set few weeks ago as i wanted a bit longer gears. im using it in city, heavy traffic, daily commuting. Before was changing gears like a lunatic 1st to 4th non stop.. this set sorted my problem a lot to be fair. 20-35(40 with screaming engine) mph in 3rd gear. 2nd gear comfortably around 25.. unfortunately havent tried whats the max speed now as grown up life sucks and havent had time to push the bike yet

The best upgrade you can make on this bike. Those sprockets change everything - acceleration, higher max speed, better rmp/speed ratio. I'm super happy and I'd do it again, anytime. The only suggestion to Marcel I'd have is to offer the front sprocket with rubber to make the chain work quieter with less vibrations. All the rest, 10/10!

Difficult to find this design/texture. Was advised to use extra clue when fitting...worked a treat. Great add to Gt125r.
