This isn’t just for show — it’s a full working engine cover made by hand right here in rural Yorkshire after a full year of real-world testing across UK roads, seasons, and weather conditions. Made with real thick glass (not cheap perspex!) and designed with daily riders in mind.

You’ve probably seen something similar on Ducatis or overseas builds — but we are the first UK shop to offer this for Hyosung GT/GV bikes on UK soil, and we did it properly: leak tested, road-tested, hand-machined, and sealed with care. We started privately with our test-rider and trusted customer who gave us all the feedback we needed  in April 2024.  💝Our product tester & customer (@Michael JV) has also ridden his bike 200 miles on the first day far away from home and made it back safely , we promised the warranty is forever for his trouble.  So we are forever grateful for his trust & he still continues to use the same prototype covers we did for him in 2024.

🛠️ How It’s Made:

• We collect used OEM covers from abroad (mostly from engine breakers), clean and refinish them in satin black.

• Modifications are done entirely by hand. We machine the clutch window, install glass, and test each cover for leaks.

• Each part is washed, prepped, and finished with care — this is not a 5-minute mod!

• Stainless bolts, gasket, and oil filter are sourced separately and included in your kit.

🔧 Installation Tips:

• Plug-and-play install — no custom work needed on your end.

• Use a torque wrench: 6 ft lbs max on bolts.

• 💡We recommend that if you remove the clutch cover,  it would be a good time to do your clutch plates too! Your bike will thank you for it!   (125cc plates click here) &  (250cc plates click here)
