⌛As you can see it is not a 5-minute job, so there is usually a 2-week lead time.   

🛒During that time (within 2-weeks usually), we have to order various extras like custom sized stainless bolts for the cover, big engine gasket , oil filter, o-rings so you have a package ready to go & ride away.

🚿Finally, an extra few days are needed to do a LEAK test. It is very important we do NOT rush, this is the part where we take quality control serious.

❌ We don’t entertain the use of  cheap “plastic perspex” rubbish as we found out the hard way; that it can fade/crack/sway under hotter engine temps during the Summer Days as it was risky for long term use.  This is the reason why we ourselves did 5,000 miles on both GV Aquila & GT donor bikes to verify the quality of the glass.

🧾We have time stamps & proof  to show in April 2024 we would start doing this and finally in April 2025 , exactly a year later after going through all 4-seasons of testing & many rural roads driven & motorways (highways) to asses how it copied in various conditions. We rode in the rain too.

🤦Believe us when we say it was a year of frustration, trail & error  (2024-2025) to do these covers properly by hand.

❌ We’re not interested in using super fancy factory machines or outsourcing the job, ☀️🌻we like the rural sunny outdoors & our bare hands to do the job. We are a small family run unit , not robots. 👍

❌ Will not fit “GV125 EFi 2019 onwards, because it uses a different engine entirely!

⚠️We will research & find solution for GV125-S/GV125-X EFi  2019+ models because Hyosung changed their covers!

• ⚠️Please use a Torque Wench on these bolts, and do not over-tighten as your engine has delicate threads inside please.
• ⚠️Maximum torque for the Stainless Hex Bolts is 6 ft lbs.
