Description
STRICTLY FOR GV125-S EFi MODELS ONLY
A premium clutch performance upgrade for serious riders or daily use. This kit offers sharper power transfer, longer clutch life, and improved bite across the gears. No cheap parts here — only trusted brands like TRW-LUCAS Germany and EBC UK are used.
📦 What’s Included:
| 🔹 5x TRW-LUCAS or EBC Heavy Duty Friction Plates Higher bite + longer life. Choose from two trusted brands depending on availability. Designed for strong grip under load. |
🔹 5x EBC Heavy Duty Springs +15% stiffer than OEM. Reduces clutch slippage. Reinforced for durability. You’ll barely notice the extra lever resistance, but your clutch will thank you. |
| 🔹 4x TRW Steel Clutch Drive Plates High-grade steel, built to last. Better heat dissipation and power transfer. Great replacement for worn stock discs. |
💡 Soaking & Oil Tips Pre-soak friction plates in fresh engine oil (same as used in your crankcase) for several hours before fitting. This prevents heat glaze and premature wear. Use quality oil — budget oil is often the cause of clutch failure! |

🔧 Installation Advice & Pro Tips
- 🛢️ Always soak your friction plates for 2–6 hours in clean oil before fitting.
- 🔁 Replace or inspect your clutch every 4,000–5,000 miles — especially if slipping or jerky engagement is noticed.
- 🧼 Clean the clutch basket before install to remove any old fibre or residue.
- 🧰 Use torque specs from your service manual — overtightening springs can warp the clutch hub.
- 📸 Take a photo of old plate order before disassembly — it helps during reassembly.

Highly recommend to install this kit. The clutch reaction is much better, lever is more stiff, clutch action is more punchy. Super nice feeling when you change the gears. I have the impression that the bike is less jerky on 1st / 2nd gear when you ride with small speeds. I love the kit and I’d do that again without any hesitation
