A worn or reused tensioner gasket will lead to oil seepage or, worse, a loss of oil pressure to the tensioning system itself, which causes rattling or timing issues. 📜 Confirmed Fitment Guide
📅 YEARS: All models 2019 onwards (UK/EU specification). The 2018 cutoff is firm.
❌ WILL NOT FIT: Older pre-2018 carbureted GV125s, GT125, GT250, or any other models.
If you’re replacing this gasket, you should definitely check your actual cam chain tensioner mechanism for internal spring wear or rattle parameters.
