If you’re riding a 250cc Hyosung EFI model from 2008–2014, this is one of the best reliability upgrades you can do. This kit replaces the stock magneto stator generator and includes an upgraded MOSFET regulator/rectifier, salvaged from bigger bikes, tested by us, and adapted to fit your Hyosung with a custom-made harness.

🔧 Installation Notes & Tips
This kit is a direct replacement — no modifications needed, just swap the parts over and go.
✔️ Fit your new stator generator and torque the bolts properly
✔️ Use the included gasket – no silicone or sealer needed
✔️ Connect the custom plug-and-play harness to your bike
✔️ Secure the larger Shingden regulator in a cool area — GV250 riders may need to be creative due to space.

🧠 Important Battery & Wiring Advice
⚠️ Always check your battery condition before replacing charging parts!
No stator generator or regulator will work properly with a weak or faulty battery. We recommend:
• Fully charging the battery before testing your charging system
• Getting a LOAD TEST done at a garage or Halfords (multimeters at home are not enough)
• Replacing any corroded or burnt connectors
• Checking for melted wiring
• Applying dielectric grease or ACF-50 to all electrical connectors
🚫 Never spray WD40 on electrical wires — it’s flammable!
