If you’re riding a 2008–2014 Hyosung EFI model, the original DAEWOO/SENTEC electrical systems are notoriously fragile. A faulty regulator overheats and kills your stator—or worse, sends a voltage spike that destroys the ECU. Since these ECUs are no longer made, a failure means big trouble.
This HyoRiders **Upgrade Bundle** is the definitive charging kit solution: a Matched Pair designed to preserve your bike and stop random mid-ride failures.
⚠️ IMPORTANT FITMENT CHECK: DAEWOO/SENTEC ONLY
This kit is specifically for models running the original DAEWOO/SENTEC ECU and factory wiring harness (2008–2014).
- ✅ FITS: GT250 / GT250R / GV250 EFi (2008–2014).
- ❌ WILL NOT FIT: 2016+ models (these use a different flywheel, stator design, and LARGE DELPHI ECU/plugs).

🛠 Installation & Battery Health Advice (Avoid ECU Burn)
This is a **swap-and-go kit**, but system health is critical for longevity:
- ⚠️ Battery Health is Critical: A weak battery will kill a new stator instantly. Get a PROPER LOAD TEST at a garage.
- 💣 If your old regulator was even slightly faulty, it destroyed the stator—which is why this bundle replaces both parts at once.
- 🔥 Never use WD-40 on electrics. Use dielectric grease or ACF-50 instead.
- 💡 GV250 owners: Space is tight. Check customer photos for mounting ideas!
