Description
There is nothing that cheapens the look of a premium motorcycle faster than rusty, corroded engine cover bolts. The standard Korean OEM bolts used by Hyosung often rust, seize, and become a nightmare during routine maintenance.
This UK-Made Stainless Steel Upgrade Kit is your permanent solution. We are selling reliability and curb appeal, not just hardware.
💎 The Hyoriders Difference: UK Quality & Race Proven Grades
Manufactured in the UK from high-tensile 8.8/10.9 grade stainless steel, these bolts offer superior tensile strength to the originals and will not rust or seize, even in harsh weather conditions.

🔧 Installation & Expert Timing Tips
No special tools or modifications needed—just a simple swap! However, because you are not just a HyoRiders customer, we provide some advice that Garages wont (most Garages hate Hyosung bikes for some strange reason!):
- Anti-Seize is Key: While stainless steel doesn’t rust, we strongly recommend applying a small amount of anti-seize compound to the threads. This prevents galling (cold welding) of the metal threads and ensures easy removal next time.
- Torque Specs: Use a calibrated torque wrench. Stainless steel requires specific torque settings; over-tightening is a common mistake that can strip your engine casings.
- Regular Checks: Allen key bolts make inspection easy. Check tightness regularly during your standard service intervals.
