 Good news … except for the photos, (not your fault). I’m happy about that fix. I should be fixing my bike. Rear brake has been staying on since i got the bike & it’s toasted the disc. Haven’t ridden for a week & there was no MotoGP so i’m a bit edgey. I think the Rear Master Cylinder is siezing-up, but it’s a guess. I also lost a grub screw from the rear caliper on wet roads, so maybe water & dirt got in & is making a slider stick. Ordered an aftermarket Brake Master Cylinder & hope it fits the bike & isn’t rubbish. I never used the back brake this hard in my life – it’s been locking-up the rear and sliding up to the cars that pull out infont of me. Once the bike turned left & when it stopped sliding it almost threw me over the highside, to the right. Brakes … need those working, hey? 😉

Yikes, you definitely need brakes both front and rear working very well, this could a good excuse to overhaul the the whole brake system anyways

Hmmm , i would say that there isn’t one online , usually that’s an entirely custom job done by metal workers / fabricators who are used to doing chopper bikes  (cruisers)  ,
IMO = I think that picture of the comet is not my taste , you could maybe try yamaha racing fairings and make custom seat to keep everything very slim at the back if you want and at least the rear subframe is not compromised , there is usually no going back after this , just an opinion of mine!🤐

Still not working. Ive sorted the issue out on my bike anyway but as the project progresses it is handy to post up a pic or two to demonstrate.

I found the error, i am working on it, will try to reprogram some code this weekend bare with me.  My test account couldn’t upload an image, how weird.

Awesome! – Leave a review on the shop page if you haven’t already 😉

Jets = We can get em anytime.   Just send an email with sizes you want.

Pilots = already on the shop

Bore Kits =No such thing and the crank is only happy with the current pistons that’s on it.

I suppose you could put her on Autotrader and Ebay Classifieds,  weeds out a lot of time wasters on Facebook in fairness,  i always have a hard time selling on FB lol.

Are there no aftermarket or alternative options?

Sorry no, they are very unique.

Ive got 16 photos uploaded in the upload photo ‘bank’. Its that at its limit? Can I delete them to make room for more?

If you want to use 125cc intake pipes
These are what we have left now:

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/256039884476

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/255939516578

Remember if you want to use GT250 pipes, they must use a GT250 airbox and we only have this one left:

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/255824445543

    Rare parts!

If bike is in a garage , your mechanic probably will not mind spare parts above ^ to use them and fix them for you.

    Regards

Was it like this when the shock was fitted all together and the back wheel is fitted back in,  and sit on it  (have someone else shine a torch to see if it clears ?)

Do you already have the intake pipes on the bike and can you post a picture of the damage ?  It is possible to temporarily save them but show us first.

I may have some GT250 pipes on ebay , but they need a 250cc carby airbox (which we don’t have yet)

Hi iv gotta be honest I have no idea, iv looked online but no luck. Iv just printed out the workshop manual so will check though it 👍

Open the carb 1 more time , and use a bright torch, remove the skinny jets carefully  (they are like skyscrapper by itself) , then under the bright torch tell us the number of the jet. I couldn’t respond to the email until i saw this thread first , so it’s easier to make any quotes , if the pilot jets are ok, no need for new ones forever unless they are in bad condition.

What size are the Pilot Jets specifically?  The skinny tall ones.

Do you have wiring diagram for clocks? I have crashed my clocks and ordered new from eBay, and now I need to mess with wires, I got wire diagram for new clocks but can’t find oem gt125 lcd clocks diagram

Start a new topic and upload pictures of what you have clearly laid out, so its easier for us all to tell what each wire colour does.

Also ,  Old Gen Looms don’t run New Gen clocks  and vise versa.  More on that on your new thread ⭐

What size are the pilot jets ?

Also main jets do not need bigger pilots as the main jets only kick in when you’re in 1st gear beyond 5mph ,  otherwise Pilots do the idling, starting, crawling (2mph+ until the main jet circuit switches when slides lift.)

You will need a carb rebuild kit that comes with the proper gaskets  from Jap  (none of that china mess you see on ebay!)  – We have them in shop.

    Also,
    – Why is there a main jet on the needle instead of the arcon nut which will make your needles blunt ?  (click here for example)

    – And why is there a big bolt on the float arm ? I am suspicious!😢

Lots of orders, forgive the limited brain capacity for memories! – That’s good!
