🔧 Installation Tips & Advice:
- Disconnect the battery before working on your EFi system to avoid accidental sparks.
- Inspect your old injector for cracks, leaks, or carbon buildup – these are signs of failure.
- Clean the throttle body and check fuel rail pressure before installing new injectors.
- If one cylinder isn’t firing, you can replace just that injector – but replacing both ensures balanced fuel delivery across cylinders.
- After fitting, turn the ignition ON (without starting) a few times to let the fuel pump prime the system before first start.
- Once installed, check for leaks and ensure both injectors are seated properly in their O-rings.
- If your bike still doesn’t start, the issue could be with your ECU, TPS, or crank sensor – have your garage test those too.
