Description
When your 125cc bike starts losing its pull or sweating oil right where the head meets the main block, the head gasket is usually done. Unlike cheap paper parts or liquid sealant which can squeeze out and block your oil lines, this metal gasket is built to handle the high pressure and hot running temps of the air-cooled V-Twin motor. It is a necessary replacement if you are cleaning carbon off the pistons or doing a top-end refresh to keep your bike running right on everyday roads.

📜 Confirmed Fitment Guide
Carburettor 125cc V-Twin Group: Sits between the valves block and the piston jug on the specific air-cooled models below.
- GT Comet Sport & Naked: GT125, GT125R, and GT125RC models built from 2003 to 2022.
- GV Aquila Cruiser: GV125C models with twin carburettors built from 1999 to 2018.
❌ WILL NOT FIT THESE MOTORCYCLES:
- Modern Liquid-Cooled & Large Engines: This will not fit the newer GV125S Aquila Bobber (different water jacket block), GV300S, or any 250cc engine models like the GT250 or GV250.
🔧 Install Tips
- Surface Prep: Use a plastic scraper to clean off all old gasket bits and black carbon crust. The metal faces must be dry and completely clean before putting the new seal on.
- Install Dry: Do not use RTV glue or copper spray on this gasket. It is designed to be installed totally dry to mimic factory standard seals.
- Torque Pattern: Always use a proper torque wrench and follow the cross pattern in your workshop book. This stops the head from twisting or warping when you tighten the nuts.
