📜 Confirmed Fitment Guide

FITS: GT125, GT125R, GT125RC, and GT125 Naked (2003-2022).
CRUISERS: GV125C / Aquila 125 (Carburettor Models 1999-2018).
WILL NOT FIT: GV125-S EFI (Liquid Cooled), GV300-S, or any 250cc models.

🔧 Install Tips

  • Surface Prep: Use a plastic scraper to remove 100% of old gasket residue and carbon. Surfaces must be “mirror clean” and dry.
  • No Sealer: Do not use RTV or copper spray. This metal gasket is designed to be installed dry for a factory-standard seal.
  • Torque Sequence: Always use a torque wrench and follow the cross-pattern tightening sequence to prevent warping the head.
