Description
Is your engine sweating oil around the top end? Over time, engine heat makes the original rubber seals hard and brittle, which stops them from keeping the oil in. This is very common on the rear cylinder head because it sits out of the wind and gets much hotter than the front. Swapping your old flattened seal for this fresh rubber gasket is the right way to keep your motor dry and stop your oil levels from dropping on everyday roads.

🔧 Install Tips
- Surface Prep: Make sure the metal on the head and the valve cover are completely clean and free of old oil before putting the new rubber seal on.
- Tighten Evenly: Snug down your valve cover bolts a little bit at a time in a cross pattern. This stops the gasket from pinching or popping out of its groove.
- Check Your Shims: Since you have the top covers off to fix the leak, this is the perfect time to check your valve shim clearances.
