Replacement Valve Stem Guide Oil Seals (x4) for the v-Twins of 125cc |  250cc | 650cc Hyosung bikes until 2021 (See full list below⤵)
Usually you will replace the valve stem guide oil seal when either of the following applies:

• Engine Rebuilds / Project Repairs
• Old Engine is getting an overhaul
• Engine is smoking on decel (puff of smoke when in high revs & letting go of throttle)
• Smoke while idling / Oil Deposits on the spark plugs 

💡 Tip: Diagnosing an oil leak from a valve stem guide oil seal is not easy for the novice , so usually it is best to allow your local mechanic / garage diagnose this for you.  Usually you will get hints of smoke as we described above ^ ,  and sometimes the bike’s compression is still within “accepted range” ; but it is burning oil  (drinking oil literally). So you should ALWAYS check your sight glass after every ride , with someone holding the bike “straight” with both tyres on the ground.  Some Paddock Stands will may false positives, so keep both wheels on ground while checking sight glass, & also make sure the second person helping you keeps the bike ______| straight |_____   not tilted to its //// side ////.

 🔧 Make sure you use a service manual or have a professional install this for you, as any mistakes can ruin your engine for good, and it is more costly to rebuild a seized up engine 😬
