Description
A worn clutch hub sleeve is one of the reasons behind a heavy, clunky foot lever and intense difficulty locating neutral when idling at traffic lights. Over high mileages, the outer metal fingers on your center assembly build up deep ruts and notches from constant plate friction. These physical ridges trap your plates, stopping the pack from releasing cleanly when you pull the lever. This South Korean aftermarket center hub is cast to strict factory dimensions, providing a flat surface to eliminate clutch drag and clean up gear box shifts.

Hyosung Models: Verified strictly for the 250cc twin engine configurations listed below. See the diagram picture for basket teeth spacing.
- GT250 Naked / GT250R Sport: 2004 to 2017.
- GV250 Aquila: 2004 to 2017.
❌ EXCLUSIONS:
- 125cc Bikes: Basket sizing is completely different and too small to install.
- GV300S / 650cc Models: Uses a larger diameter hub, different spline setup, and massive spring posts.
🔧 Install Tips
- Avoid Air Impact Guns: Never blast the central holding nut with heavy air tools. Extreme impact can crack the internal cast alloy teeth or score your input shaft threads on the bench.
- Soak the Steels: Clean off any anti-rust shipping film from the five included steel plates. Dip them in clean engine fluid alongside your fibres before building up the basket.
- Renew Your Casing Seal: Always drop in a new right-side engine cover gasket. Clean out old gasket paper debris from the aluminum engine tracks before closing the side case.
