Description

This vacuum-operated fuel pump is a high-quality aftermarket replacement for the now-discontinued OEM Mikuni Japan pump. It is designed for all carburetted (carb/carby) Hyosung models, including 125cc, 250cc, 650cc V-Twins, and the TE450 quad.

⚠ Important Diagnostic Tip:
Before ordering, ensure your vacuum tap (fuel petcock) is functioning correctly. A faulty or slow vacuum tap can cause fueling issues even if the pump is fine.

• Check your intake pipes: Air leaks often come from worn or old O-rings.

• Need new O-rings for 125/250 models? Check our Intake Pipe O-Ring replacements (recommended with any fuel system overhaul).

⛽ Why You Should Use E5 (NOT E10) Fuel in the UK

• E10 contains more ethanol, which damages rubber parts later down the road like fuel lines, O-rings, and carb components.

• GOV UK officially advises carburetted motorcycle owners to stick with E5, as it offers better longevity and fewer maintenance issues.

• Your Hyosung will last longer with fewer rubber part replacements when using E5.
