Fuel Pump (Carby) – Hyosung GT GT125R GT250R GV125 GT650R GV650 TE450

Replacement Fuel Pump for all  Carb/Carby (Carburettor) models of the Hyosung GV125 , GT125, GT250, GT650, GV650 and the TE450 Quad Bike.   If your bike has fueling issues please make sure the “VACUUM TAP” is working correctly first , because the fuel pump cannot function correctly if your fuel tap is too slow or has problems.   If you are not sure, then ask for help in the Public Forums first before ordering to be sure. Vacuum pumps depend heavily on a good sealed intake system , so if you are leaking air around your intake pipes   , it is usually caused by Bad/Old-Age O-Rings  (click here to replace them if you have a 250cc/125cc)

Also if you live in the UK, you MUST keep using E5 fuel.   There is nothing good about E10.  If someone tells you E10 is better than E5, then run as fast as you can!  GOV UK also recommends that even a Japanese Honda motorcycle must use E5 (See their link here), then your Korean Hyosung will live better with less frequent replacements of rubber parts (Can you ‘easily’ get new Intake Pipes these days?)
