Description
Compared to the standard Korean setup, this Jap-Spec Chain & Sprocket set is a comprehensive kit built for superior durability. We use sprockets from EU & Japanese brands —all made from **high carbon steel** for long life and minimal wear. This bundle makes the conversion easy by including a **genuine washer-lock, fresh sprocket nut, and stainless fasteners**—components often missed in cheaper, incomplete kits! The chain is supplied in a striking **Gold** finish for style and visibility.
💎 Ride for Longer!
By choosing an X-Ring chain, you are selecting a design that seals lubrication more effectively than a standard O-ring. This results in significantly longer component lifespan, fewer chain adjustments needed during touring or daily use, and smoother power transfer to the road. This kit is designed for the discerning GV250 owner who values quality over budget.

🔧 Install Tips
- Front Nut Safety: Always loosen the front sprocket nut while the chain is still on and the bike is in gear with the rear brake pressed.
- The Critical Washer: Fit the new washer and bend the tab back over the freshly torqued nut to physically lock it in place. This prevents catastrophic loosening.
- Torque Specs: Use a torque wrench to tighten the new nut to factory specification. Overtightening can damage your output shaft spline.
- Rivet Link: If you are unfamiliar with chain rivet tools, we strongly recommend taking the kit to a local garage for secure installation of the master link.
