🔧 Install Tips

• Front Nut Safety: Always loosen the front sprocket nut while the chain is still on and the bike is in gear with the rear brake pressed.
• The Critical Washer: Fit the new washer and bend the tab back over the freshly torqued nut to physically lock it in place. This prevents catastrophic loosening.
• Torque Specs: Use a torque wrench to tighten the new nut to factory specification. Overtightening can damage your output shaft spline.
