🔧 Install Tips
- Clean the Splines: Before fitting, wipe the output shaft splines to ensure the washer sits perfectly flush against the sprocket.
- Bend the Tab: Once the sprocket nut is torqued to spec, use a flat-head screwdriver or pliers to fold one side of the washer firmly against the flat side of the nut.
- Check Slack: Always aim for 20–30mm of chain slack; a chain that is too tight puts unnecessary pressure on this washer and your gearbox bearings.
