🔧 Install Tips

• Orbit Warning: These high-tension clips are spring-loaded! Always use steady needle-nose pliers and work slowly. If they slip mid-install, they will launch clean across the workshop floor.
• Block the Crankcase: Before seating the clips, firmly stuff a clean rag down into the open crankcase mouth surrounding the connecting rods. If a clip slips, it prevents it from falling directly into the bottom-end gears.
• Check the Click: Double check that the snap ring is fully clicked home into the recessed piston groove before mounting the cylinder jug over the assembly.
