🔧 Installation Tips
- Clean Surfaces: Use a [Wire Brush] to remove every trace of the old gasket from the engine head. A flat surface is required for the copper to crush correctly.
- Double-Nut Technique: When installing the new studs, use two nuts tightened against each other to drive the stud into the head without damaging the threads.
- Torque Carefully: Tighten nuts to ~18Nm in a criss-cross pattern. After your first ride, wait for the engine to cool and give them one final “snug” check.
