The factory fitted pilot jets are sized specifically for each engine capacity and model. The 125cc vTwins always use Size-15 Pilot Jets, while the 250cc vTwins step up to Size-20 Pilots for optimal fueling.

Because 125cc carbs have smaller orifices, they’re more susceptible to clogging and buildup.
