Description
When you are commuting daily or out touring, proper maintenance is your ultimate safety shield. Your front caliper handles almost all of your heavy slowing forces, meaning that old, thin pads compromise your stopping distance during emergency situations. Upgrading your worn friction material to a fresh pair of aftermarket GV125-S brake pads ensures stable performance. Built using highly durable friction compounds that match or beat original manufacturer standards, this kit provides a predictable lever feel that you and your local mechanic can count on for everyday roads.

📜 CONFIRMED CHASSIS PATHWAY FOR THE GV125-S BRAKE PADS
Modern Liquid-Cooled 125cc Group: Sized specifically to fit inside the front calipers of the fuel-injected generation noted below.
- Hyosung GV125-S Bobber EFi: Fits all models from 2019 to present date.
- Older Generation Cruisers: This will not work on classic air-cooled GV125 or GV125C Aquila models built before 2018. Those legacy setups use completely alternative brake caliper shapes.
🔧 INSTALL TIPS FOR REPLACING YOUR GV125-S BRAKE PADS
- Clean Your Disc Rotors: Thoroughly spray your metal brake disc with a quality aerosol brake cleaner before you go out for your first spin. This strips away any lingering greasy fingerprints, old road grime, or storage oil residues.
- Bed Them In Slowly: Take things easy and ride gently for the first 50 to 100 miles after installation. Avoid snapping the brakes on hard; gradual slowing allows the flat pad lining to match perfectly to the tiny ridges on your worn disc surface for full grip later.
- Prevent Metal Squealing: Apply an incredibly fine smear of high-temperature copper grease directly onto the back metal side of the replacement pads where they sit against the moving caliper pistons. Keep grease completely away from the friction face!
