📜 Model Fitment

Confirmed Matches: Fits classic Hyosung GV250 (Carburettor & EFi models) and GV125 (Carburettor models) manufactured between 2001 and 2017.

❌ WILL NOT FIT:

This part will not fit the GV125S Bobber (2018 onwards), GV250-DRA (2018 onwards), GV300, or any GV650 models due to completely layout design variations.

💡 ESSENTIAL ADD-ON:This drain plate setup arrives with a standard non-magnetic bolt. While it does the job fine, upgrading to a coloured magnetic variant is highly recommended for trapping internal debris. You will also need a fresh rubber O-ring to ensure a proper leak-free seal. 🔧 Oil Change Tips for Aquila Owners

  • Warm it up: Warm engine oil thins out and carries away suspended contaminants much better. Take your bike for a gentle spin for a few minutes before draining the sump pan.
  • Check the O-Ring: This base kit does not include the rubber sealing ring. Always use a new, pliable O-ring to stop persistent drips forming on your driveway.
  • Torque is key: The crankcase threads are soft and delicate. Never over-crush the central sump bolt. Drop it into place by hand first, then lock it down using proper manual wrench tools.
