Description

The charging system in 2011–2015 Hyosung models is notoriously fragile. A faulty regulator can quickly overheat and kill your stator magneto—and vice versa. This **Limited-Run Upgrade Bundle** is specifically designed for the **Delphi EFI bikes (2011–2015)** to provide a reliable, long-term solution.

Most failures we see are caused by cheap aftermarket “Chinese” regulators or using the wrong combination of parts. This kit eliminates that risk.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FITMENT CHECK: “THE SMALL PLUGS”

This kit is for a very specific range of EFI models using the **small Delphi connectors** and the original Delphi ECU wiring harness. You MUST visually check your bike matches the connector style pictured below:

✅ FITS: GT250 / GT250R / GV250 EFi (2011–2015) using **small 3-pin + 2-pin connectors**.
❌ WILL NOT FIT: 2016+ models (these use a different flywheel, stator design, and larger “big connectors”).

⚠️ Bad Battery = Bad Readings: Get your battery load-tested at a garage (a home multimeter isn’t enough!).

🔥 Never use WD-40 on electrics – it’s flammable! Use dielectric grease or ACF-50 instead.
