If you replace the neutral sensor, sometimes it is good to replace the o-ring , if you got it from the used market or you were supplied the sensor without an OEM O-Ring. Also, as with heat and age, o-rings do need replacing if they start to leak out of engine oil , which can mean a bad day if the oil drips fly towards your rear tyre while riding! – 🔧 Don’t overtighten the neutral sensor! 😬
