The 2024+ Hyosung GV650 PRO ABS (GV650PJ / GV650PC) is a newer revived GV650 series and sophisticated machine because it has MORE electronics than previous generations and it has a complete visual overhaul including a brand new non-repairable Display LED Dash , LED Lights everywhere erc. While Hyosung/KR Motors upgraded the connectors on this generation, they still utilized “Shunt” technology in the regulator—a design that generates excessive heat and risks the health of your stator and the expensive Euro5 electronics like your updated ECU & Stator!.

This is a HyoRiders Shop Special Limited Run Kit. We worked directly with our first customer, Gabor H., to develop a custom-harness MOSFET solution that plugs directly into the new generation 650. No cutting, no splicing—just Japanese reliability for your new cruiser.

⚠️ STRICT Compatibility Warnings

✅ FITS: 2024+ GV650 PRO ABS / GV650PJ / GV650PC
(Models with Full LCD Dash & LED Headlights).
❌ WILL NOT FIT: Any GV650 or GT650 made between 2005–2017. (They do not have ABS)
❌ WILL NOT FIT: OLDER 2014–2016 Delphi ECU models (different flywheels/stators).

🔧 Installation Advice & Tips!

Direct Swap: This is a Plug & Play kit. No special tools are required.
Stable Mounting: The Shingden unit is robust and may require slight adjustment to the mounting position—ensure it has clear airflow.
System Health: Even on a new bike, always check your battery terminals are tight. Use ACF-50 on the connectors to prevent future corrosion.
🔥 NEVER use WD-40 on electrical wiring.
