The plug holes on the 650 V-twin are deep inside the rocker cover. It can be a fight to remove the old ones, but lifting the fuel tank provides easy access.

HyoRiders has identified that the factory-fitted “China made” unbranded black HT leads/caps on the new 2024+ GV650 PRO ABS can sometimes fail, causing frustrating misfires or engine cutouts, especially on rainy days.
We offer this premium NGK Upgrade HT Lead Spark Plug Caps (x2) as a permanent, reliable fix.
These caps and integrated leads are the same trusted NGK quality you’d expect to find on high-end Japanese motorcycles.

How to Install:
- Unscrew your old HT cap (↺ anti-clockwise).
- Screw in the new NGK HT Lead & Cap (↻ clockwise).
- ⚠️ Reuse your old dust cover to protect the coil from water/debris.
- Double-check before starting!
