Description
A bent or loose control blade is more than an eyesore; it directly alters your mechanical ability to cleanly manage front-end stopping power or balance smooth gear downshifts. Spills on everyday roads happen eventually. This direct replacement aftermarket version guarantees that when you update your controls, you regain the predictable factory pivot movement your bike came with.

📜 Model Fitment
Confirmed Matches: Fits Hyosung GD250R and GD250N Exiv single-cylinder variants across all production years up to 2020.
This set will not fit any 125cc Hyosung frames. Lighter engine models feature narrower master cylinder mount slot tolerances that will NOT fit these thicker 250cc levers.
Looking for tailored reach settings? Multi-position adjustable custom upgrade levers allow you to bring the resting handle closer to your fingers, greatly enhancing fine input control and updating the front cockpit styling.
🔧 Tips for Smooth Lever Action
- Lubricate the Pivot: Spread a thin dab of clean waterproof lithium grease over the collar bolt sleeve. Metal pivoting directly against dry metal wears down the housing holes rapidly.
- Maintain Free Play: Always keep a small fraction of un-tensioned slack at your cable end and brake plunger after tightening. A locked-up lever can cause constant clutch slip or dangerous front brake drag as things warm up.
- Torque Down Comfortably: Do not over-crush the central pivot fastening nut. The lever assembly needs snug alignment but must drop back down freely under its own spring return force.
