🔧 Install Tips
- Lubricate Threads: Apply a light layer of grease to the new threads before fitting to prevent seizing and allow easy finger-tip adjustment.
- Set Free Play: The ideal free play (slack) is usually 2-3mm measured at the tip of the clutch lever. Consult your manual for exact spec.
- Engine-Side Check: Ensure your engine-side adjuster (down by the clutch cover) is also correctly set up for maximum adjustability at the lever.
