This is an aftermarket clutch cable adjuster that replaces the original worn adjusters on many Hyosung models. We test-fit this part on our donor bikes, and it works as expected for restoring proper clutch lever feel and fine-tuning adjustment. ✅ A small part that solves BIG clutch adjustment issues!

A common cause of bad clutch feel or lever free play is simply a worn or corroded adjuster – replacing it during routine servicing is a smart move.

🧰 Extra Install Tips:

• Lubricate the adjuster threads before fitting – it prevents seizing later.
• Double-check clutch lever free play after install (2–3mm is ideal at the lever tip).
• If clutch bite feels too close to the bar, fine-tune with both lever adjuster and engine-side adjuster.
• Consider replacing the full clutch cable if your old one feels gritty or kinked.
