Description

The engine control computer on your modern GV125S or GV300S depends completely on the exhaust oxygen sensor to calculate petrol delivery. Over time, these sensors can become fouled by carbon soot or heat, making the bike feel hesitant or jumpy during normal riding. Fitting this fresh aftermarket version is a quick way to restore your motorcycle’s smooth throttle response, excellent fuel economy, and stable idling performance.

Note on Quantity: This part is sold individually. If your specific exhaust pipe setup uses two sensors (one for each engine area), make sure to select two items when ordering.

💡 USEFUL INSTALLATION HACK:
Using a dedicated oxygen sensor removal socket tool makes changing this part very straightforward. Always remember to apply a tiny smear of anti-seize thread paste to the replacement sensor threads to stop it getting stuck in the exhaust pipe later on.

🔧 Fitting Tips

  • Apply Anti-Seize Compound: This is a very important step. Putting a thin coating on the threads ensures the metal will not bind inside the hot exhaust pipe from road moisture.
  • Take Care Removing Old Parts: Old exhaust sensors can be tight. If your original part is difficult to turn, try loosening it carefully when the engine metal has warmed up slightly.
  • Simple Plug Connection: The wire socket is a perfect match for your standard motorcycle wiring. No cutting or joining of wires is needed.
