Description
A buckled clutch pressure plate is the hidden culprit behind annoying gear box drag and inconsistent lever action. The outer lifter face takes continuous punishment from heavy spring loads and intense engine heat. Over time, the alloy material can warp or develop deep wear grooves where it clamps the first friction plate. This factory-specification South Korean aftermarket pressure disk replaces your fatigued outer facia, ensuring an even mechanical load to stop plates from sticking when you pull the handlebar lever.

📜 Confirmed Fitment Guide
Hyosung Models: Sizing and four-bolt spring patterns are verified strictly for the 250cc V-twin assemblies below. See the diagram picture for lifter bearing alignment.
- GT250 naked / GT250R Sport: 2004 to 2017.
- GV250 Aquila: 2004 to 2017.
❌ EXCLUSIONS:
- 125cc Engines: Outer plate footprint is much smaller and will not line up.
- GV300S / 650cc Models: Uses completely different bolt spacings and heavy center lifter openings.
🔧 Install Tips
- Tighten in a Star Pattern: When winding down the bolt fasteners against your pressure cap, use a gradual criss-cross sequence. Uneven tightening can snap the alloy posts inside the hub instantly.
- Inspect Central Bearing: Check your existing push release rod and center trust bearing for roughness before slotting them into the new facia hole. A binding bearing causes rapid wear.
- Verify Flat Seating: Make sure the final friction segment slots cleanly into the designated offset track on the outer rim of your hub assembly before torqueing down.
