🧽 Before installing, wipe down the area where the old rubbers sit — removing grit and debris ensures proper seating.
⚠ If your current cushions are cracked, squashed flat, or missing entirely — replace ASAP to avoid tank vibration or rattling.
🛠 These fit by simple push-in pressure — no tools needed. If tight, apply a tiny dab of silicone grease (not oil!) to help slide them in.
🚫 Do not use glue — the rubber is meant to flex & absorb shock, not stick in place permanently.
🔍 Once fitted, lower the tank gently to test contact — ensure there’s no metal-on-metal contact under the tank.
