Ye I honed the cylinder before rebuild and the walls where fine. Timing is spot on, only thing that needs doing is valve clearances, if that doesn’t work new pistons and rings it is

Forgot to mention, added a little oil in cylinder and only went up 25psi so rings are ok. Just need broke in.
I think there is just carbon on the plugs. Will try this

Im running the 90/92.5 atm and she runs pretty good, need some fine tuning as still slightly rich
The baffle on this bike is about 2 inches marcel.
The guy who I bought the bike from was running 122 main jets, it was carbon fouling alot.
I have no idea what tyoe if exhaust this is

Only 100 psi after rebuild – GT125R Engine Rebuild #15253Amazingly the bike is running better than ever, psi is slowly going up on compression, had her running for ten minutes and its went up 10psi. I will need to lap the valves. Weather is aweful atm so will get them done when i can. Thank you for your help and support. Will i need a new head gasket again?
