Help with my cluch

Hello guys so I had a previous problem where my cluch would slip the rpm would spike and the bike would slowly catch up to speed.  I had a new cluch fitted (plates and houseing) for about 2 maybe 3 weeks it’s was going well never missed a beat.  but now it’s happening again i have  checked the oil and cluch cabel and its all adjusted well. I checked the gear sector and it goes in to gear everytime not sure what I should do next if there is anything I can do before I contact the mechanics I took my bike to
