Hello from Perth, Australia.
I just found this site. I have a Hyosung Aquila GV650 which I am currently in the process of getting restarted after it was in a shed.
It’s got a fuel tank rust problem and I am in the process of looking for a mechanicy type person who can advise me how to get the bike running again without stuffing it up.
FYI it’s ducatti yellow!
Is there a Hyosung repair type place in Perth?

G’day ThomasTank, that’s a lovely GV650. Looks well kept. Can you share any more details about the issues you think it has? Is it 2nd hand? Have you ever had it running? Does it TURN OVER when you try to start it? Looks in good condition we shouldbe able to sort it out.
I can show you how to remove most of the rust from the tank.
There are no designated Hyosung service places in Perth. I know of a mechanic that has got Hyosungs at his shop, waiting for him to fix, but he’s a rude bastard & he seems to hold their bikes for a long time. He’s in Osbourne Park but i don’t recommend him because his bad attitude is well known amongst other bike service places in the area. I can come and take a look at it for you, if you pay a bit for my fuel & my time. It looks well looked after so we should be able to sort it out. Most service places ask what bike you have then tell you they don’t work on Hyosungs. If you find a GOOD one, let us know. Cheers.
