📜 Confirmed Fitment Guide

✅ FITS: GT125R, GT250R, and GT650R (Full-Fairing Sport Models).
📅 YEARS: All USD-fork equipped models from 2005 to 2020.

❌ WILL NOT FIT: GT250 & 650 “Naked” models (These use standard upright single long bar). Unless you are using USD forks and want to complete a cafe racer look!
❌ WILL NOT FIT: GT125-Naked because it uses RWU forks and you need USD forks , if you want to do a clip-on conversion.

🔧 Install & Engineering Tips

These Renthal clip-ons are a bolt-on upgrade. However, to ensure your throttle and switchgear housings do not rotate during use, you must drill a small location dimple inside the bar (as shown below). This mimics the factory setup and provides a mechanical lock for your electrics.

Torque Settings: Always use a calibrated torque wrench. Overtightening can pinch fork tubes and damage steering bearings.
Pro Fitting: Because these control steering and braking, we strongly recommend garage installation for riders without advanced mechanical tools.
