Description
Hyosung has completely ceased production of the original factory rear brake master cylinder assemblies for the GD250 chassis series. When looking for a replacement, unbranded universal reservoir clones often present dangerous internal bore tolerances. We source and supply only trusted, bench-tested cylinder components that deliver the predictable, sharp stopping feedback required for everyday safety and official vehicle inspections.

You will need a completely fresh, unopened bottle of high-grade DOT 4 brake fluid to prime and install this cylinder setup safely. Reusing dirty fluid from your reservoir will ruin the internal seals. Grab a fresh bottle and a one-way bleeder tool to make flushing the lines easy.
🔧 Install Tips
- Check Bolt Clearance: Supply factories occasionally cut the mounting holes with a marginally slimmer diameter. Keep a set of replacement mounting bolts handy or tap out the bracket holes if required.
- Flush the Complete Line: Clean away any crusty crystallized residue inside the old rubber hose before popping it onto the fresh plastic supply nipple.
- Protect the Bodywork: Brake fluid acts like paint stripper on exposed engine casings and frame paint. Cover up your swingarm and exhaust link pipe before opening the banjo bolt.
