🔧 Install Tips

Security Bolts: Remember that original Hyosung ignitions are often held on with “shear bolts.” You may need to drill the heads off the old ones or use a punch to turn them before fitting this new unit with standard M8 bolts.
Lube Before Use: We recommend a small drop of graphite lubricant in the barrels before installation to ensure the longest possible life.
