Description
If your 650cc Hyosung is showing signs of clutch slip or juddering under load, it’s time for an upgrade. We only source our heavy-duty friction plates from reputable brands like EBC or TRW Lucas, designed for road riders who need reliability. These plates are heat-treated for longevity and offer improved clutch bite compared to the factory originals, making them ideal for both stock and mildly tuned V-twin engines.

🔧 Install Tips
- Pre-Soak Overnight: You *must* soak the new friction plates in fresh engine oil overnight before installation. This is critical for longevity and performance.
- Check Steel Plates: Inspect your existing steel plates for warping or excessive wear. If they are damaged, they must be replaced (not included in this kit).
- Cable Adjustment: A major cause of premature clutch failure is incorrect clutch cable slack. Follow your service manual exactly for correct cable adjustment.
