A fresh pump deserves fresh fuel. Ensure your Internal Fuel Tank is clean or replaced during install to prevent the new motor from burning out.

🔧 Install Tips

  • Seal Integrity: When removing the old pump, be extremely careful not to pinch or tear the tank’s main O-ring. A leak here can be dangerous.
  • System Prime: Once installed, cycle the ignition (On/Off) 3-4 times without starting the engine. This allows the new pump to prime the fuel lines and build the necessary pressure.
  • Clean Tank: If your old pump failed due to rust or debris, ensure the tank is thoroughly cleaned before installing the new unit.
