Gt 125r Throttle problem

My bike starts on choke but when its warmed up and choke of there is no throttle responce when you twist it’s like its bogey then when revs do go up abit it hands there before returning to idel slowly along it feel like front cylinder is very warm any help of what It could be or what to look for thankyou…
