Raising Handle Bar

Hi Riders

I have used very cheap jogging case as a mobile holder for sat nav use £2.49 from e bay, I can clearly hear sat nav voice at 40 Miles per hour nop need for a headset. Can anybody look at the youtube link below handlebar raised on a GT250R tell me if it can be done on 2018 GT 650 R.
