I recently bought GT 125 R that was being unused for a long time. I was changing oil and saw that downpipe is really corroded. It appears that around the actual pipe there is another one which broke as you can see on the pictures. Can I just cut the broken layer around the actual pipe and secure the one inside ? Or do I need new downpipe ?
