Hi Andy, Just a question, how come if the bike was bought new that the dealer didn’t register it for you and complete the documentation before handing it over? My bike I gather is a 2016 model ( gt125 rc ) new unboxed at point of sale but was registered by the dealer ( Millenium Motorcycles )and delivered taxed and ready for the road with a 19 plate. Can the dealer who sold it not provide the details you need? All the Best, Dave.
