Forums 🚥 PiT STOP 🔧 Hyosung Technical Help The moment I try to throttle, bike turn dies Reply To: The moment I try to throttle, bike turn dies
Hi again, I managed to get down the rpm but I did the turns on this cable too fast that it died and then never managed to start the bike again, this is the cable I messed with:
I tried to reset it to its original position but no success, now the bike will run only with choke but barely makes it past 2k rpm. I tried to mess around with the air mix screw aswell but no success.
I unplugged one of the spark plugs and the tip was dark black which a mechanic told me it’s running too rich because the 2k rpm on choke indicates that.
What could I possibly do to run it back again since the mechanics here don’t want to lay their hands on a Hyosung and I have to do it by myself.
Ps. I found a Spanish guy with a Hyosung carb model gt650r, he has videos for carb cleaning and everything so I followed his steps which worked the first time I did but since I messed around with that cable on the side of bike is when the trouble began.
