🔧 Install Tips & Guide

• Clean Surfaces: Wipe the O-ring groove and the engine case surface clean with a lint-free cloth before fitting the new seal.
• Lubricate: Apply a thin smear of fresh engine oil to the new O-ring. This prevents it from twisting or tearing during cap installation.
• Gentle Torque: Hand-tighten the cap first, then use a spanner or socket to torque lightly. Do not overtighten the cap or you risk stripping the engine case threads.
• Test: After installation, run the engine for 1–2 minutes and check the area for any signs of weeping or leaks.
