🔧 Installation Tips
- Gentle Hands: Brass is soft. Hand-tighten the nut first to ensure it’s seated before using a tool. Do NOT overtighten.
- Clean the Bore: Use carb cleaner to ensure the threads inside the carburettor are free from old fuel gumming before installing the new part.
- Inspect the Needle: While the nut is out, check your jet needle for wear or “steps.” If the needle is worn, even a new nut won’t fix a rough mid-range.
