🔧 Install Tips
- Water Ingress: Check for moisture around the old coil/cap area. Water kills electrics quickly. Use ACF50 for waterproofing if you ride in rain.
- NGK Laser Plugs: Hyosungs run best on NGK *LASER* Iridium plugs (IA versions), not the standard “IX” Iridium plugs which can cause issues.
- DO NOT USE WD40: Never spray WD40 on electrical connections; use a proper electrical contact cleaner or ACF50.
