Replacement Ignition Coil Pack for EFi 125 GV125-S!
A replacement coil for the Hyosung GV125-S EFi model, to fix sparking issues or to replace a faulty coil. It is always a good idea to check your HT wires and the spark plugs. If you fit wrong spark plugs, issues will happen too. We also sell upgrade NGK HT Leads & Spark Plugs, they are recommended for improving the sparking system.

Ignition Coil Pack (x1) – Hyosung GV125-S EFi {Injected}

📦 Package includes 1x coil pack, so if you need 2x coil-packs, be sure to add 2x at the checkout. Otherwise you will only get ONE coil. Speaking of that; based on reports sent to us by riders, it is usually the rear coil that fails, hence the need for 1x coil to replace, but be sure to check the front coil too!.

If you experience running issues or trouble starting up or it feels like it is running one cylinder etc, try the following below to improve your sparking power;

⚡Try the NGK Spark Plug Caps sold on this site, they come with a great quality cable that’s fitted by NGK themselves. Trusted Japanese brand.
⚡Try the LASER PLATINUM spark plugs sold on this site, they are much better than the stock OEM plugs.
Yes, they will do a better job than “IX” plugs too.
Hyosung’s don’t really like “IX IRIDIUM” plugs.
🌊Check the water is not getting inside the HT wires or the coil itself.
Water/Mist kills electrics. If you ride a lot in rain, check your electrics are waterproofed and learn how to use ACF50 to prevent wire corrosion
☠ DO NOT USE WD40 ON ELECTRICS or YOU’LL GO IN FLAMES!
⛽ Poor fuel usage? A failing coil will make the bike work harder than it needs to. Also make sure to use E5 Fuel where possible. E5 is better than E10, no matter who tells you. Fact is fact.
⭕ Misfiring and stalling? A failing coil can misfire or cause irregular sparking behavior and in some extreme cases , it brings the bike to a halt, leaving you stranded.
