Hyosung Models: Fits the following models below only. See the product picture to verify the neck throat layout before taking your motor apart.

  • GT125 , GV125 Aquila: 2003 to 2017 (All carburetor models).
  • GT125R: 2003 to 2020 (All carburetor models).
  • GV250: 2003 to 2009 (All carburetor models).

❌ CRITICAL APPLICATION EXCLUSIONS:

  • All EFi Models: Will strictly not bolt onto EFi bikes because they use straight bespoke metal-throttle bodies.
  • GT250R / GT250: Will not fit GT250 airboxes because it is much deeper in and relies on shorter intake pipes to clear its unique airbox.
💡 RECOMMENDED SERVICE PAIRING: While you have your twin carbs pulled out to balance the intake pipes, treat your fueling block to a set of clean spark plugs. Keeping your ignition crisp prevents unburnt fuel loading up your fresh rubber components. Browse Spark Plugs here.

🔧 Install Tips

  • Surface Cleaning: Gently scrape away any traces of old melted dirty bits from the road or corrosion from the aluminum head port before installing the new o-ring seals.
  • Clamp Tightening: Ensure each rubber neck throat is fully seated over the metal lip before tightening the jubilee clips. Do not over-torque them or you risk tearing the fresh rubber body.
  • Air Leak Test: Once everything is bolted back together, start the bike in your garage and spray a little carb cleaner around the boot base. If the engine revs pulse, double-check your seat alignment.
