Description

These rubber dampers push directly onto the front sides of your fuel tank on fuel-injected models. Their job is simple but important — they stop the heavy metal tank from rubbing on the frame rails and keep unwanted vibrations away from your handlebars while riding. These rubbers are commonly lost or dropped down into the engine bay when lifting the tank up for a spark plug change or an air filter service. If you look under the front trim and notice one or both are gone, this aftermarket part restores the original snug fit on everyday roads.

💎 FUEL TANK DAMPING SPECIFICATIONS

Direct Slot FitmentMolded to standard dimensions to slide straight over the factory tank brackets. Low-Cost Safety FixA cheap way to avoid heavy stress on your main fuel pipe joints down the line.

📜 Confirmed Fitment Guide

Modern 300cc EFI Group: Made specifically to support the larger fuel tank shapes on the fuel-injected models listed below.

  • Hyosung GV300S Aquila Bobber: Fits all standard models from 2020 onwards.
⌠WILL NOT FIT THESE MOTORCYCLES:

  • Older Generation Cruiser & Sport Bikes: This part does not fit classic air-cooled models like the GV125, GV250, or older GT naked and sport bikes. They use an entirely alternative mounting method.
💡 RECOMMENDED HARDWARE PAIRING: While you are lifting the front mount to see if your side rubbers are missing, checking your spark plug caps for cracks is highly recommended. Mixing a fresh filter check with ignition updates ensures everything stays running nicely. View Spark Plug Caps here.

🔧 Install Tips

  • Check Both Sides: Take a look at both left and right mounting pegs. Sometimes only one rubber support falls off into the garage floor while the other side stays stuck on the metal bracket.
  • Watch the Fuel Connectors: Be incredibly careful when you pivot the heavy tank upward to swap the rubbers! The fuel-injected bikes use high-pressure fuel pump lines, and the plastic pipe couplings are known to snap if you pull too hard. A broken clip means replacing the whole pump, which gets very expensive.
  • No Tools Needed: These round rubber wedges slide straight into position on the mounting brackets. Take your time, lift the tank evenly, and use a block of wood to hold it up safely while you slide the part home.
  • Manufacturer Reference Cross-Match: Directly replaces the original production factory record number 09329H10007JS.
